About the Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Partner to join our team at Flipkart. As an HR Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization’s success by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to drive HR initiatives that align with the company’s goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and execute recruitment strategies. Ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
Learning and Development: Partner with teams to identify training and development needs, and facilitate learning programs.
HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Data Analysis: Utilize HR data to provide insights and make data-driven decisions.
Employee Engagement: Promote a culture of engagement, inclusion, and diversity.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
Proven experience as an HR Partner or similar HR role in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of the organization.
Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite.
A passion for driving positive change and continuous improvement.
