Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with various business units to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal processes, provide feedback, and work with managers to improve employee performance.
Learning and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and support career development initiatives.
HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company HR policies and legal requirements. Keep up-to-date with employment laws and regulations.
Data Analysis: Utilize HR data and metrics to make informed decisions and provide insights to drive organizational effectiveness.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or a similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in India.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven HR decision-making.
Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive HR information.
