**Job Description**

Delta Airlines is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill the position of a Full-Time Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding service by building genuine connections and rapport with our customers. You’ll be responsible for providing efficient, friendly, and proactive customer service, handling a high volume of customer inquiries about our products and services, and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Job Type:** Full-Time

**Working Hours:** 9 am – 5 pm (Monday to Friday)

 

**Responsibilities**

1. Handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or social media.

2. Providing information about our products and services.

3. Updating customer records in the database.

4. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

5. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

6. Building sustainable relationships with customers.

7. Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
