Data Processor

The Data Processor is responsible for performing data entry and processing tasks such as review, entry, reconciliation of data, and document handling that requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and technical proficiency.  This position will use a variety of software tools to enter data and ensure that it is error-free and up to date.

What does a day in the life as a Data Processor look like?

  • Accurately enters data from various sources into the necessary systems and databases
  • Uses software tools such as Excel, Word, and Google Sheets to enter data
  • Verifies the accuracy and completeness of entered data
  • Performs quality checks on data entry to ensure that it is error-free and up to date
  • Continuously improves knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules
  • Collaborates with other departments as needed to resolve issues
  • Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times
  • Adheres to company policies and procedures
  • Meets or exceeds performance targets for related KPI’s
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

What are the required qualifications of a Data Processor?

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Minimum of 1 year data entry experience or equivalent
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications
  • Knowledge of specialized tools for data entry preferred
  • Experience with Outlook, Salesforce, ZoomInfo and Real estate is a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the Philippines
