Customer Support Representative – Remote Work

American Airlines Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. This is a full-time remote position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: – Provide exceptional customer service to passengers via phone, email, and chat – Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving any issues or concerns – Handle inquiries regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and other travel-related questions – Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience – Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions – Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members – Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: – Resourceful and independent with the ability to work remotely – Strong analytical skills to quickly assess customer needs and provide solutions – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software – Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment – Experience in the airline industry is a plus
