  1. Develop and implement clinical programs that align with Aetna’s mission to improve the health and well-being of members.
  2. Utilize clinical expertise to ensure programs are evidence-based and adhere to industry best practices.
  3. Evaluate and analyze program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions.
  5. Monitor and track program outcomes, including data analysis and reporting.
  6. Stay informed of industry trends and developments in clinical program management.
  7. Provide guidance and support to team members in the development and implementation of programs.
  8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for clinical program-related inquiries.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the clinical program team.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  12. Participate in meetings and presentations to share program updates and outcomes.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop and promote program awareness.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Program Consulting Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry And Current Trends In Clinical Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Ability To Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Make Data-Driven Recommendations To Improve Clinical Programs.
