We are currently looking to grow our Client Support team. This is an excellent entry-level position for someone looking to kick-start their career in the music distribution and technology space. Although this is a junior role, our Client Support team employs people at multiple levels of seniority beyond that, so this position will set you up for growth opportunities.
What You Do:
As Client Support Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for the record labels and DSP partners that use our software to distribute music and manage their royalty accounting
You’ll be responsible for the quality of digital releases, which are being sent to digital service providers (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) worldwide
You’ll be exposed to the full plethora of products and services offered by FUGA, making this role an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in the music, distribution and technology space
Who You Are:
You have a clear passion for music and an affinity with the online music industry
You have experience with classical music, either playing an instrument or handling classical metadata
You are customer and detail-oriented
You are fluent in English (written and verbal)
You have strong communication skills on an international level
You have an analytical approach to problem solving
You want to work in a tech-savvy environment and develop new skills
You are hard-working, organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks
You operate well in a team and are comfortable working with an agile management process
