About The Role: As a Business Development Manager specializing in VOIP at The Elite Job, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the VOIP sector. Your strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and passion for technology will be key assets in building and nurturing successful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes within the VOIP sector.
Client Acquisition: Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new clients and expand our VOIP business portfolio.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to align business strategies and achieve collective goals.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations for business deals, contracts, and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both The Elite Job and our clients.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, demonstrating a results-driven approach to business development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably in the VOIP sector.
In-depth knowledge of VOIP technology and industry trends.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
