**Job Description:**

As a Flight Attendant at American Airlines, you will join a team committed to providing the very best in passenger comfort, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service. No prior experience is needed; we provide comprehensive paid training.

**Responsibilities:**

– Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers aboard flights.

– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety and emergency procedures.

– Greet passengers, assist with seating, and answer any inquiries.

– Serve meals, beverages, and sell onboard products.

– Attend to passengers’ needs, particularly those with special needs or disabilities.

– Maintain a clean cabin environment throughout flights.

– Manage in-flight emergencies and provide first aid as needed.

– Provide exemplary customer service to enhance passengers’ flight experience.

– Complete detailed flight reports after each journey.

**Requirements:**

– Must be at least 20 years old.

– High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.

– Possess a valid passport and be authorized to travel in and out of the U.S.

– Able to relocate as required according to flight assignments.

– Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

– Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

– Able to meet the physical demands of the job, which include standing and moving around the cabin for prolonged periods.

– Successfully pass a background check, drug screening, and a medical evaluation.

**Educational Qualifications:**

– High school diploma or GED required.

– Further certifications in hospitality, tourism, or customer service are beneficial but not mandatory.

**Experience:**

– Previous customer service experience preferred but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
