As an IT Recruiter/Benchsales Recruiter at The Elite Job, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and selecting exceptional candidates for various IT positions. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting comprehensive searches to identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
Building and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Providing regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and potential candidates.
Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in recruitment is preferred but not mandatory for freshers.
