Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Lead the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top-tier candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the right fit for each role.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and implementing effective employee relations strategies.
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management programs to ensure that employees meet and exceed their performance objectives.
Benefits and Compensation: Manage employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide learning and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and career growth.
HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master degree preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior role.
In-depth knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and procedures.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
