Job Description
We are looking for a student to provide customer service to our online customers. The ideal candidate will be friendly, patient, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Resolve customer complaints and issues
Provide product and service information
Process orders and returns
Upsell and cross-sell products and services
Gather customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to handle customer complaints and issues in a calm and professional manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with customer service software
