As a Customer Support Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellent customer service, addressing queries, and providing technical assistance. Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, primarily through phone communication.
Identify customer needs and guide them in utilizing specific features effectively.
Update our internal databases with detailed information on technical issues and valuable customer interactions.
Monitor customer complaints on social media platforms and proactively offer assistance to resolve issues.
Collaborate with team members by sharing feature requests and effective workarounds.
Keep customers informed about new features and functionalities.
Collect and analyze customer feedback, and communicate insights to the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Assist in training and mentoring junior Customer Support Representatives.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role.
Familiarity with the banking, telecom, or related industry is a plus.
Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools.
Understanding of CRM systems and their functionality.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask effectively.
Patience and composure when handling challenging customer cases.
Qualifications:
Graduation in any discipline or equivalent.
Fluent English communication skills are essential.
0 to 8 years of experience in Customer Support or any international BPO.
Previous experience in the customer service industry will be advantageous.
Openness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts as required.
Candidates with backlogs or arrears in their degree are not eligible.
