Our Technical Support Representative II positions conduct U-verse Services analysis and troubleshooting with customers via telephone.

This job reports to our Milwaukee, WI location. If considered, you mut be able to report to this location. What your day to day will look like: Communicates with customers using in-depth interview to solve U-verse service issues Process trouble reports using mechanized systems Coordinates the clearance/correction of trouble for IPTV, High Speed Internet Access, and VoIP services Assists technicians with troubleshooting as required Multi-tasking between different systems Communicates with other departments and customers regarding disposition and status of trouble Ability to lift and/or exert force up to 10 pounds Conducts… analysis and troubleshooting via telephone for customer services Works with outside vendors and affiliated groups to trouble shoot and restore customer’s U-verse service Typing for prolonged periods of time Sells appropriate items during contacts with customers Positions AT&T as the premier provider of choice Performs all other duties comparable to the above as assigned Follows established safety practices and procedures.

What we are looking for: Must be willing to work days, evenings or night tours; overtime, weekends, holidays and split shifts as required. Knowledge of Internet, email protocols, DNS, LAN/WAN Expertise Understanding of Internet Networking Knowledge of router configuration, (e.g. Netopia Efficient) Strong verbal and written communication skills are required Excellent Customer Service skills What you can look forward to: AT&T offers a competitive salary, company provided benefits, formal paid classroom and on-the-job training. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
