Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee services, maintaining administrative expense records, assisting with global welfare initiatives, and overseeing office projects. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the daily operations of employee services, including responding to customer service inquiries and analyzing high-frequency problem data.
  • Address and resolve administrative-related questions and issues.
  • Establish and maintain administrative expense accounts and daily records.
  • Develop and monitor the annual administrative budget and control expenditures.
  • Liaise with various business departments to understand and implement administrative needs.
  • Assist in the execution of administrative tasks across departments.
  • Support the implementation of global welfare programs and related activities.
  • Assist in supervising office decoration projects and ensure compliance with administrative standards across various workplaces.

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative services, preferably within a large e-commerce company.
  • Familiarity with administrative workflows and proficiency in administrative skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in administrative business partnering (BP) is preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
  • High flexibility and adeptness at managing emergencies.
  • Project management experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using various office software, including Excel, and PowerPoint.

 

Compensation:

Salary Range: $51,000 – $72,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
