- Develop and drive value-based initiatives to improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of healthcare services for Medicare members.
- Manage key Medicare accounts and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve value-based goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in value-based care.
- Act as a subject matter expert on value-based care and provide guidance and support to team members and colleagues.
- Communicate and present key findings and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Lead and participate in meetings, workshops, and other initiatives related to value-based care.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team and organization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to achieve shared goals.
- Represent Cigna at industry events and conferences to showcase our value-based care initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Mentor and train team members to enhance their knowledge and skills in value-based care.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to align value-based initiatives with overall company goals and objectives.
Bachelor’s Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Finance, Value-Based Care, Or Population Health Management.
Strong Understanding Of Medicare Policies And Regulations.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Value-Based Care Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
