  1. Develop and drive value-based initiatives to improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of healthcare services for Medicare members.
  2. Manage key Medicare accounts and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve value-based goals.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in value-based care.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on value-based care and provide guidance and support to team members and colleagues.
  7. Communicate and present key findings and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  8. Lead and participate in meetings, workshops, and other initiatives related to value-based care.
  9. Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team and organization.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to achieve shared goals.
  12. Represent Cigna at industry events and conferences to showcase our value-based care initiatives.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  14. Mentor and train team members to enhance their knowledge and skills in value-based care.
  15. Collaborate with other teams and departments to align value-based initiatives with overall company goals and objectives.
Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Finance, Value-Based Care, Or Population Health Management.

Strong Understanding Of Medicare Policies And Regulations.

Experience In Developing And Implementing Value-Based Care Strategies.

Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
