What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Provide excellent customer service by responding to consumer loan inquiries via phone, email, and mail
– Make collection counseling calls for past due consumer loans
– Prepare verbal and written payoff quotes on consumer loans
– Review insurance claims on collateral property and coordinate with insurance carriers
– Administer special consumer loan programs or promotions

What is Required (Qualifications):
– 1 to 2 years of experience in consumer loan servicing
– Strong understanding of lending laws, regulations, and guidelines
– Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Additional experience in financial services or banking
– Experience in customer service
– Knowledge of Encompass, Cleartouch, Nautilus, various government and investor software/web portals
