Description
Tech Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Technical Support UPS Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position is perfect for fresh talent looking to jump-start their career in a supportive and innovative environment. As an Online Technical Support UPS Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems.
Responsibilities
– Provide timely and accurate technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
– Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to UPS systems.
– Assist customers with installation, configuration, and maintenance of UPS systems.
– Document and track technical issues and resolutions in the company?s ticketing system.
– Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues.
– Participate in training sessions to stay current with product updates and industry trends.
Requirements
– Strong technical aptitude and a passion for problem-solving.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Familiarity with UPS systems and related hardware/software is a plus but not required.
– Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor.
– Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Educational Qualifications
– A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
– Certifications in technical support or related fields will be an added advantage.
