- This job is a member of the Airport Hubs & Gateway Team within the Customer Experience Division
- Responsible for handling one or more of the following as their primary role
- Audit and ensure compliance of ticket and voucher issuance
- Vendor management
- Order supplies and manage inventory
- Review and process invoices and research variances
- Management and oversight of employee parking
- Reconcile fuel distribution
What you’ll do
- Work directly with Compliance Coordinators to ensure DFW is adhering to company policies and procedures
- Work with various vendors and stakeholders to manage supplies and service requests
- Administer and manage of employee parking in coordination with Airport’s leadership
- Track and reconcile fuel usage and billing for DFW
All you’ll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalency
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage deadlines
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Proficient in key applications such as Coupa, Workbrain and SharePoint
- Knowledge of the ICM (Internal Controls Manual)
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Knowledge of MS Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Knowledge of policies, procedures, and corporate structure
- Ability to prioritize work, be detail-oriented and meet deadlines
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to be self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Ability to grasp concepts and functionality of specific software and programs
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the Organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- Approachable and professional demeanor
