- Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers, ensuring a positive and enjoyable travel experience.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations, as well as answering any questions or concerns they may have.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Check-in passengers, issue boarding passes, and assist with baggage handling and tagging.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations, including coordinating with flight crew and ground staff.
- Stay up-to-date on airline policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure accurate and efficient customer service.
- Communicate flight information to customers, including delays, cancellations, and gate changes.
- Provide special assistance to passengers with disabilities, children traveling alone, and other special needs.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions for seat upgrades, baggage fees, and other services.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and company goals and objectives.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of all passengers and employees.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality standards.
- Attend training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
