  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers, ensuring a positive and enjoyable travel experience.
  2. Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations, as well as answering any questions or concerns they may have.
  3. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Check-in passengers, issue boarding passes, and assist with baggage handling and tagging.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations, including coordinating with flight crew and ground staff.
  6. Stay up-to-date on airline policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure accurate and efficient customer service.
  7. Communicate flight information to customers, including delays, cancellations, and gate changes.
  8. Provide special assistance to passengers with disabilities, children traveling alone, and other special needs.
  9. Handle cash and credit card transactions for seat upgrades, baggage fees, and other services.
  10. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive manner.
  11. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and company goals and objectives.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
  13. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of all passengers and employees.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality standards.
  15. Attend training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
