The Data Analyst, Customer Insights job is responsible for identifying and communicating data insights that improve our understanding of buyer behavior. This job will define and execute customer analytics projects and initiatives that provide accessible ongoing reporting as well as designated analysis and insights discovery connected with who our customers are and what, how, and where they purchase.

Specifically, you will be responsible for data reporting connected with customer analytics. Collaborate with our data engineering and data warehousing group to oversee new report requirements, builds, and maintenance
Influence expertise in the customer data and analytics space to guarantee we have a hearty, comprehensive, and easily accessible collection of analytics reporting devices that bring forward meaningful and actionable insights to the organization
Host and run week by week, month to month, and quarterly customer patterns sessions with more extensive analytics and research group to determine narrative and generally speaking data story over time
Have planning sessions with digital item, customer analytics, and different gatherings in the organization to comprehend customer analytics necessities and priorities
Make clear documentation of all program plans, including extent of work, timeline, and implications

Qualifications and Attributes:

Something like 2 years of experience working in business or marketing analytics
Proficiency in SQL or tantamount question language
