Responsibilities
? Accurately input and update data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality.
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

? Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure the best customer service experience.

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
? Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
? Previous experience in data entry or customer service preferred.
? Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
