#### Description

As a Junior Cabin Crew member at American Airlines, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers aboard our flights. This role involves assisting with the preparation of the cabin, demonstrating safety procedures, serving food and beverages, and providing friendly and professional customer service. The position provides a unique opportunity to develop customer service skills while working in an exciting and fast-paced environment.

 

#### Responsibilities

– Greet passengers and assist with boarding and disembarkation

– Demonstrate emergency and safety procedures

– Serve snacks, meals, and beverages, and sell onboard duty-free goods

– Respond to passengers’ questions and concerns in a friendly and professional manner

– Ensure the cabin is clean and tidy throughout the flight

– Administer first aid to passengers if required

– Collaborate with other crew members to ensure a smooth and pleasant flight experience

 

#### Requirements

– Minimum age of 18 years

– High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus

– Strong verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage

– Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills

– Ability to stand and move within narrow spaces for extended periods

– Must pass a background check and drug test

– Flexibility in work hours and open to varying shifts
