**Job Description:**
Costco is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Account Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our members receive exceptional service and support throughout their interactions with our accounts. As an Account Support Associate at Costco, you will contribute to our mission of providing outstanding value and quality to our members.**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Customer Account Management:** Assist in managing customer accounts by providing comprehensive support to members. Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. – **Data Analysis:** Conduct regular analyses of account activity and trends to identify opportunities for account improvement and member engagement. Compile reports on account metrics and provide insights to the management team.

– **Documentation and Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of account interactions, changes, and updates to ensure data integrity. Assist in the preparation of necessary documentation for account transactions and member inquiries.

– **Problem Solving:** Utilize strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve member issues. Collaborate with other departments to address complex situations and provide solutions that enhance the member experience.

– **Support Internal Teams:** Coordinate with sales, marketing, and logistical teams to facilitate account processes and streamline operations while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

– **Training and Onboarding:** Support the training and onboarding of new team members by sharing best practices, tools, and methods for managing accounts effectively.

– **Performance Tracking:** Monitor and track account performance, providing insights to inform improvements and enhancements in service delivery.

– **Feedback Implementation:** Gather feedback from members and internal teams to make recommendations for service enhancements. Actively participate in initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and account performance.

**Requirements:**

**Education:** A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.

– **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of experience in account support, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in a retail or membership-based environment.

**Skills:** – **Resourcefulness:** Ability to handle unexpected challenges and think critically to find effective solutions. – **Confidence:** Comfortably engage with members and internal teams, demonstrating strong communication skills. – **Analytical Skills:** Proficient in assessing data to inform decisions and improve account management strategies. – **Attention to Detail:** Strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting.
