We are in search of an exceptional Divisional Vice President of Marketing who will spearhead our marketing initiatives and lead our dynamic marketing team.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy in collaboration with operations and divisional marketing teams to align with overarching business objectives.
  • Design multi-channel marketing plans utilizing digital, social, and traditional platforms, ensuring clear success metrics and reporting methods.
  • Partner with the Vice President of Communications to establish effective communication strategies.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders (culinary teams, dietitians, operations) and external partners.
  • Initiate marketing campaigns and promotions that enhance company culture and elevate brand positioning.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for innovative programs focusing on student engagement and revenue growth.

Required Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of social media and digital engagement strategies.
  • Self-motivated leader with strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of marketing management experience with a demonstrated ability to develop successful engagement and sales programs.
  • Strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and budget management experience.
  • Experience in food, restaurant, or fast-casual marketing is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
