As a 3rd shift remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our company, providing top-notch support and assistance to our valued callers in ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way. Our call center is open 7 days a week and the candidate must be available to work a 5 day schedule from 8:00 pm – 5:00 am or 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.

  • Hard Drive Size – Minimum 128GB.
  • Wired Ethernet connection – wireless connections via WiFi, no Hotspot or 5G.
  • Internet Speed – Wired internet speed from internet provider needs to be 100 mbps
  • Chromebooks and Macs are not acceptable or compatible.

Your skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Previous call center customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
