Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
\nAssist customers in navigating the website, placing orders, and resolving issues related to their purchases.
\nProvide product information, track orders, and facilitate returns and exchanges.
\nTroubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, including delivery issues, damaged items, and billing inquiries.
\nCollaborate with various departments to address and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
\nRequirements:<\/p>\n
Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
\nStrong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
\nEmpathy and a genuine desire to help customers.
\nStrong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
\nAbility to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
\nPrevious customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
