Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring we attract top talent.<\/p>\n
Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by resolving employee concerns, addressing grievances, and promoting a collaborative environment.<\/p>\n
HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and local employment laws, and keep abreast of changes in labor regulations.<\/p>\n
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback.<\/p>\n
Learning and Development: Collaborate with business units to identify training needs and design programs for employee skill enhancement and career development.<\/p>\n
Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the compensation and benefits program, including salary reviews, benefits administration, and ensuring competitiveness in the market.<\/p>\n
HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to make informed decisions and provide insights into workforce trends.<\/p>\n
Required Skills:<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
\nProven experience as an HR Manager or a similar role, preferably in a large organization.
\nStrong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.
\nProficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
\nExceptional leadership and organizational skills.
