\nEmployee Engagement:<\/p>\n
Develop and oversee employee engagement programs to promote a positive work environment.

\nPerformance Management:<\/p>\n

Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and industry best practices.

\nRequired Skills:<\/p>\n
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
\nIn-depth knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
