Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting exceptional student talent to our remote employment program. Your efforts will directly impact the future success of these students as they embark on their professional journey.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
\nSource and attract top student talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and universities.
\nConduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for The Elite Job program.
\nManage the candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment process.
\nBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective student candidates.
\nDevelop and maintain relationships with university career centers and student organizations.
\nStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in student recruitment.
\nQualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
\nProven experience in student recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a remote work setting.
