Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.<\/p>\n
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by handling employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.<\/p>\n
Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and employee development.<\/p>\n
Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives. Ensure employees are well-informed about their benefits and address any inquiries.<\/p>\n
HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures. Ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with company policies.<\/p>\n
Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate professional development opportunities for employees.<\/p>\n
Required Skills and Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.<\/p>\n
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a minimum of [X years] in HR leadership positions.<\/p>\n
In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.<\/p>\n
