Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Patrol designated areas to maintain a visible presence and deter unauthorized activities.
\nMonitor security cameras and alarm systems to ensure the safety of the premises.
\nControl access points, verifying credentials and directing visitors and employees accordingly.
\nRespond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
\nWrite detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities.
\nProvide exceptional customer service, assisting clients and guests when needed.
\nCollaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as required.
\nAdhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring the security protocols are followed.
\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:<\/p>\n
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in security or related fields is a plus.
\nProven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role.
\nValid security license or certification (if required by state regulations).
\nExcellent observation and surveillance skills.
\nStrong communication and interpersonal abilities.
\nAbility to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
\nBasic knowledge of emergency response procedures.
\nPhysical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
