Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand’s visibility and engagement across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.<\/p>\n
Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content tailored to our target audience. This includes posts, articles, infographics, and videos.<\/p>\n
Community Building: Foster and grow our online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries.<\/p>\n
Monitoring & Analytics: Monitor social media channels for trends, track key performance metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.<\/p>\n
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns, promotions, and company initiatives.<\/p>\n
Required Skills:<\/p>\n
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
\nProficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
\nCreative thinking and a passion for staying updated with industry trends.
\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
\nKnowledge of the latest social media trends and best practices.
\nFamiliarity with paid social advertising is a plus.
