Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Provide outstanding virtual customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

\nEducate customers on CVS Health’s products and services, promoting their understanding and utilization.
\nTroubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to higher levels of support when necessary.
\nMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English.
\nPrevious customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual setting.
\nProficiency in using virtual communication tools and systems.
