Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

\nEmployee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance on HR policies, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
\nPerformance Management: Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
\nEmployee Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
\nTraining and Development: Identify training needs and work with L&D teams to create programs that foster skill development and career advancement.
\nDiversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring an inclusive workplace that values and respects all perspectives.
\nHR Compliance: Stay current with employment laws and regulations, ensuring company-wide compliance.
\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
\nProven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role, with a minimum of 5 years in progressively responsible positions.
\nStrong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.
\nStrategic thinker with the ability to solve complex HR-related issues.
\nExceptional organizational and time management abilities.
\nDemonstrated success in talent acquisition and retention.
\nProficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
