Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about Aetna’s products and services.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

\nProficiency in using computer systems and navigating through software applications.
\nReliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.
