Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
\nLead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
\nOnboard new employees and facilitate orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
\nManage employee relations, address grievances, and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
\nOversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations.
\nCoordinate employee training and development programs to foster continuous learning and growth.
\nAdminister compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
\nMaintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
\nStay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive HR innovation.
\nRequired Skills:<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
\nProven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a fast-paced organization.
\nStrong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\nExceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
\nProficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.
\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.
