Job Description: Are you a dynamic and experienced HR professional looking for a part-time opportunity with a renowned global company? Wipro is seeking a Part-time HR Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Employee Relations: Build and maintain positive employee relations by addressing queries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
\nTalent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, participate in the recruitment process, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
\nPerformance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, provide feedback, and assist in developing employee performance improvement plans.
\nTraining and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and support employees in their professional growth.
\nHR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations, and update company policies as needed.
\nBenefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
\nEmployee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
\nRequired Skills:<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
\nProven experience as an HR manager or in a similar HR role.
\nIn-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.
\nExcellent problem-solving abilities.
\nProficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
\nAbility to maintain strict confidentiality.
