Are you an experienced Human Resources professional looking for an exciting opportunity to drive talent management strategies in a dynamic and inclusive environment? American Express is currently seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team for the 2023 recruitment season.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:<\/p>\n
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and execute recruitment strategies.
\nSource, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the selection of top-tier talent.
\nLead and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals effectively.
\nEmployee Relations:<\/p>\n
Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication.
\nProvide guidance and support to resolve workplace issues and conflicts.
\nConduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to enhance the employee experience.
\nTalent Development:<\/p>\n
Implement learning and development initiatives to support career growth.
\nIdentify training needs and coordinate workshops, seminars, and other educational programs.
\nCollaborate with leaders to create individual development plans for employees.
\nPerformance Management:<\/p>\n
Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance on goal setting and feedback.
\nAssist in identifying high-potential employees and implementing succession planning.
\nHR Policy and Compliance:<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
\nKeep abreast of industry trends and regulations to recommend necessary updates.
\nRequired Skills:<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
\nProven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a large corporate setting.
\nStrong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.
\nProficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
\nExceptional leadership and team management abilities.
