High school diploma or equivalent.
\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
\nProficiency in computer navigation and the ability to quickly learn and use various software tools.
\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
\nAbility to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
\nFlexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

This is a part-time, remote position.
