Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
\nDevelop and execute comprehensive test plans to identify software defects and functional inconsistencies.
\nPerform thorough regression testing to validate bug fixes and software enhancements.
\nDocument and report test results, clearly communicating issues and resolutions.
\nParticipate in design and requirement reviews to provide valuable input from a testing perspective.
\nStay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing.
\nRequired Skills:<\/p>\n
Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
\nSolid understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
\nProficiency in creating and executing test cases, and documenting results.
\nFamiliarity with bug tracking systems and version control tools.
\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
\nStrong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
\nDetail-oriented approach and ability to meticulously identify and document defects.
\nFlexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and timelines.
\nDesired Skills:<\/p>\n
ISTQB or other relevant certifications.
\nExperience with automated testing tools.
\nKnowledge of programming languages and scripting for test automation.
\nPrevious freelance or remote work experience.
