The Online Data Typist is responsible for entering data into computer systems and databases from home. This includes collecting, scanning, and digitizing data from a variety of sources, such as paper documents, spreadsheets, and images. The Online Data Typist must be accurate and efficient, and must be able to work independently.<\/p>\n
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Enter data into computer systems and databases from home
\nCollect, scan, and digitize data from a variety of sources
\nMaintain detailed and organized records of data entries
\nVerify the accuracy of data entries
\nResolve data entry errors
\nWork independently and meet deadlines
\nFollow all company policies and procedures
\nQualifications:<\/p>\n
High school diploma or equivalent
\n1-2 years of experience in data entry
\nExcellent typing skills (minimum 60 wpm)
\nAttention to detail
\nAbility to work independently
\nStrong organizational skills
\nAbility to meet deadlines
\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
\nInternet connection
\nReliable computer
\nQuiet work environment
