Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
\nSupport the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy within our HR systems.
\nHelp organize and execute training and development initiatives for employees at all levels.
\nContribute to the administration of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
