Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

\nTroubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, escalating complex cases as needed.
\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
\nInput and update customer information in the company’s database during and after each interaction.
\nCollaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
\nMeet and exceed individual and team performance goals, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction targets.
\nRequired Skills:<\/p>\n
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly telephone manner.
\nStrong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers’ concerns.
\nProblem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions.
\nPatience and resilience when dealing with challenging customer situations.
\nProficiency in using computer systems and software applications for data entry and documentation.
\nAbility to adapt to changing processes, technologies, and customer needs.
\nPrior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
