Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Utilize your exceptional networking skills to identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
\nConduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and skill evaluations, to ensure the best match between candidates and job requirements.
\nCollaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and team dynamics, in order to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
\nProactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
\nStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
\nRequired Skills:<\/p>\n
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance capacity.
\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
\nStrong ability to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific roles.
\nProficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
\nSelf-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
\nExceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
