Job Responsibilities:As a Document Review Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of documents for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n
Thoroughly reviewing processed documents and cross-verifying all details to ensure compliance with client requirements.
\nIdentifying any discrepancies between the actual content of documents and the required content, and taking appropriate corrective measures.
\nTaking ownership of the final closure of orders, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
\nCollaborating with closers and attorneys to address any missing documentation and ensure a smooth workflow.
\nUpdating the workflow system with any additional documentation as needed.
\nApplying your expertise in HOA, Resale certificates, or Property manager-related knowledge of the US Market to enhance document quality.
\nConducting quality control checks on completed documents and following up on any outstanding issues.
\nEnsuring documentation aligns with specific investor requirements.
\nRequirements:To excel in this role, you will need:<\/p>\n
Basic knowledge of finance, which will be considered an advantage.
\nFlexibility to work in the US shift as part of our startup culture.
\nAccess to a functioning laptop and a broadband connection with a minimum speed of 100mbps.
\nProficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
