Job Description
\nAs an International Voice Process Remote at The Elite Job, you will be a vital member of our cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and efficient sample tracking. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the success of our product development process. Your key responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n
Sample Tracking and Communication:
\nTrack and communicate delivery status of samples to cross-functional teams.
\nManage Work-in-Progress (WIP) files daily, including prototypes, material trials and approvals, SMS, and ad samples.
\nReview samples and verify their adherence to specifications; document any discrepancies.
\nPrepare updated design color cards for correction meetings.
\nOrganize all samples and materials on a daily basis.
\nCollaborate with local factories to make necessary modifications to SMS and Styling samples.
\nMarket and Styling Preparation:
\nEnsure samples are prepared for line reviews and showroom setup.
\nCoordinate the photography of SMS for market presentation.
\nOrganize SMS for the International Sales team’s use.
\nAssist in collecting samples for styling photoshoots.
\nManage seasonal Product Knowledge materials for Sales and E-commerce.
\nMaterial Management:
\nCommunicate with suppliers for material requests and liaise with factories for coordination.
\nMaintain organized seasonal material books and ensure references for all sample materials are obtained.
\nPlace orders for seasonal pantones and create color standard sheets for suppliers.
\nDevelop trims as required.
\nWeekly organization of new materials in the Material Library.
\nProvide assistance with material liability projects.
\nAdministrative Tasks:
\nCoordinate daily shipments, including local, domestic, and international deliveries.
\nUnpack incoming shipments daily and communicate received items to the team.
\nManage coding of sample invoices to Accounts Payable.
\nRequirements and Qualifications:
\nProficiency in English language.
\nStrong organizational and time management skills.
\nAttention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in samples.
\nExcellent communication and coordination abilities.
\nFamiliarity with material management and production processes.
\nProactive problem-solving skills.
\nAbility to work remotely with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
