\nStrive to meet and exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution.
\nDocument customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the enhancement of our customer support strategies.
\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
