About the Role:As a Spanish-speaking Call Agent at Scalesforth, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking customers. You’ll handle a variety of inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, providing information, and assisting customers in resolving issues effectively and professionally.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Handle incoming calls from Spanish-speaking customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously.
\nProvide accurate and up-to-date information about our products\/services, pricing, and promotions to assist customers in making informed decisions.
\nAssist customers in troubleshooting issues they might encounter, guiding them through potential solutions and escalating complex matters to higher-level support when necessary.
\nMaintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints within our CRM system.
\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, and contribute insights to improve processes and service quality.
\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
\nProven experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in a similar industry.

\nProficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
