Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

\nProvide product and service information
\nProcess orders and returns
\nUpsell and cross-sell products and services
\nGather customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement
\nQualifications:<\/p>\n
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team
\nAbility to handle customer complaints and issues in a calm and professional manner
\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite
\nExperience with customer service software
\nAvailable to work flexible hours around school schedule
